This is large palace Complex located in the mountains of Southern Russia, a few Kilometers outside the Village of Krasnaya Polyana. First published by the Russian newspaper "Sobesednik" They show a palace complex that they say is linked to the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.

The property was first discovered in 2014 by Russian Journalist Andrey Malgin (the same journalist that released the pictures of Dimity Medvedevs near-by Krasnaya Mansion). In official documents The chalet, which is known as "Achipse" after a near-by river, is described on official documents as a “reception house for official guests” and was built by the company Rosinzhiniring.

The Property was financed and is owned by the majority state owned company Gazprom, which is one of the largest producers of natural gas on earth. State contracts list two other organizations as being responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property. One being, Gazprom Sotinvest (which sold a large plot of land in Moscow to Putin's alleged mistress) and the other being, Svod International which manages Luxury Dachas/Villas in the Krasnaya region.

Svod International was founded by a company called Property-V, which built a mega-mansion west of Moscow that is registered to the Russian federation and also suspected to be at the disposal of Vladimir Putin. (which I have also featured on this website).

The main mansion is a 40,900 Square foot main house with a number of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. "internal documents" state that the airspace above the palace is a no-fly-zone for UAVs (drones) and they also state that the FSB (Russian secret service) have free access to the property. The property is also equipped with a state of the art Rohde & Schwarz Radar detection system that can detect drones, Wiretaps and improvised explosive devices.

The mansion features a number of luxurious amenities like Aged Oak floors with inlaid marble (which the builders had 19 different grades shipped in from Italy), a 9100ft cable car that leads from the Krasnaya ski resort directly to the mansion, a Helipad, A two story bath house, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, Six passenger elevator, an $80,000 Grand Piano designed for Nicholas the II of Russia and various other luxurious and overly expensive decorations.

The Achipse Palace is not the only palace linked to Putin. Everyone knows about the large palace He had in Gelendzhik not far from here, But there is reportedly over 20 similar official and purported Residences scattered across Russia at his disposal.
