Mr. Watters chairs the Litigation Group and his practice involves complex and sophisticated real estate, business, corporate, estate planning, probate, wills, trusts, and insurance matters and litigation, including attorney-client fee disputes and malpractice. Mr. Watters earned his B.S. in the Industrial Engineering Honors Program at Purdue University (1969) and received his J.D. from Chase College of Law (1975).
