Terry and Kim Pegula are the founders of Black River Music Group. Black River Music Group is an independent country label home to artists such as Jeff Bates and Sarah Darling.

The Pegula's purchased this 7,933 sq/ft home in the exclusive St. Andrew's Country Club in March 2007 for $5.15m. (The GM map is of the original home on the lot which was torn down).

The Pegula's have recently donated $88,000,000 USD to Penn State, the largest donation in the schools' history, to build a new multi-purpose hockey arena.
